Anso® Advantage Login Troubleshooting

If you are unable to login to AnsoAdvantage.com, it may be due to your browser's default security settings. To rectify this problem, make sure your security settings match the options outlined below for the appropriate browser.

Before proceeding, you may want to print out these directions.

AOL
1. Open the AOL browser, go to the Settings menu and select Preferences.
2. In the Preferences window, click on the Internet Properties (WWW) link, which will launch the AOL Internet Properties window.
3. AOL utilizes many features of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser. Depending upon which version of Internet Explorer is loaded on your computer, continue on by following the directions for Internet Explorer 6.0 or Internet Explorer 5.x below, starting with Step 2.

(To find out which version of Internet Explorer your computer is running, start the program and select About Internet Explorer from the Help menu. The full version number will be listed at the top. If the version number starts with 5, continue on by following the directions for Internet Explorer 5.x. If it starts with 6, follow the directions for Internet Explorer 6.0.)

1. Open your browser, go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options window, select the Privacy tab and then click the Advanced button to open the Advanced Privacy Settings window.

3. Select the following security settings as shown below:
  • Check the "Override automatic cookie handling" option.
  • Verify that "First-party Cookies" and "Third-party Cookies" are accepted.
  • Then, check "Always allow session cookies".
4. Click OK, and then OK again, to save any changes to your security settings.

1. Open your browser, go to Tools and select Internet Options.
2. In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab and click the Custom Level button at the bottom.

3. In the Security Settings window, scroll down to the Cookies section and select the following security settings as shown below if not already enabled:
  • Enable the "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" option.
  • Enable the "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" option.
4. Click OK. If you receive the warning prompt: "Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?", click YES. Then, click OK again to save any changes to your security settings.

Now that you have completed the necessary steps for your browser, please close all open browser windows and restart your computer to ensure that any changes in settings will take immediate effect. Try logging in again to AnsoAdvantage.com – your security settings should now allow you to access the site successfully.
